Comparaison des effets hémodynamiques de deux agents hypnotiques usuels (LENOXe™ (xénon 100% v/v) et sévoflurane) lors d’une anesthésie générale pour endarteriectomie carotidienne chez le sujet âgé. L’hypothèse formulée est que l’utilisation du LENOXe™ (xénon 100% v/v) permet l’obtention d’une stabilité hémodynamique per-opératoire non inférieure à celle obtenue sous sévoflurane.
