Main objective of the trial is to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of tadalafil in a pediatric population with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to establish an appropriate dose range for further clinical research. EL objetivo principal del estudio es definir la farmacocinética (FC) de tadalafilo en una población pediátrica con hipertensión arterial pulmonar (HAP) con el fin de determinar un intervalo de dosis apropiado para futuras investigaciones clínicas.
