To examine whether high "on treatment" platelet reactivity (HTPR) in acetylsalicylic-acid treated patients can be overcome by using intravenous ASA or crushed chewable ASA tablets or dose increase; To examine the pharmacodynamic response of prasugrel or ticagrelor in patients with HTPR to clopidogrel;
